Welcome to the Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale Competition.

Here are the rules:

This will be a Single Elimination Best 3 out 5 Rounds competition
This will be strictly 1 on 1 in Free For All (FFA) with no AI characters. (Unless otherwise noted)
Round 1 is a Time based round consisting of a 3 minute round.
You may use any character for each of the fights but lets leave the cheapness aside and fight using skills.
I know the cheap characters and if you are reportedly being cheap to win you will be disqualified.
Each round after 1 has the match rules set to the loser of the last rounds preference.
This is a cross play game so it matters not if you are using the VITA or PS3 version of the game.
Both players in each round must post the winnings and lets be fair about this guys.
You will have three days to add your opponent to PSN and arrange a date to compete amongst yourselves once the round starts.
If by the end of the three days you have not responded to your opponent and come up with a fight date you are disqualified.
If you feel that your opponent was overly cheap (Example: spamming sackboy in the corner for a level 3 super the whole match) please report it to myself through PM. You get reported 2 times and your gone.
When you sign up please post your PSN ID in your post as well as that is what I will be using in the tournament bracketing.
You must have at least 15 posts to enter this competition.
You must sign up by 12/12/12
This competition will have site trophies for First, Second, and Third Place trophies and prizes accordingly.
There will need to be at least 10 members in the competition for the competition to be valid.
Winners are as follows: 1st place - wins the Finals Match. 2nd place - Loser of the Finals Match. 3rd Place - Both Losing Semi-Finalists will compete and winner of that match claims 3rd place.

Here are the site trophies up for grabs and prizes Submerge will be awarding so far:

+ a 3 month PS+ Voucher Code. Courtesy of Submerge - 2nd Place

I asked the community what game they wanted for a site competition next and most replied with PS All-Stars so they get what they wanted

He made a thread asking what kind of site competition people wanted, and one of the most proposed ones was a SSB-wanna-be tournament.

i was gonna pick this up yesterday then i went for AC and Hitman and spend most of my money that day don't know if i will be able to pick it up in time but the idea of this tournament looks so fun let's make more of these in the future that would keep our old games fresh !!

I understand with the sackboy spamming reporting but that is getting nerfed a lot but I feel some people are going to report if they get beat anyway cause they get butthurt for losing. Lets just say I do the same highest damage combo I can but why would I want to do a lesser damage combo just to make it look different?

Well to be fair there was a Black Ops II comp
