I had a small chuckle when I saw on Twitter that Cam got sacked by Bruce Irvin. You're telling me that he got sacked by this guy?

The Pats offense only gets better as time goes on, I'm love to see the newly found ground game taking affect big time in the game. Giving a mix variety to our play calls & keeping the 'D on edge. Also, PatWelker4Life, always making plays. Making the Broncs forget about Gronk, then knock knock, who's there? GRONNK SPIKE!

Hey Green Bay, THIS is how you keep a 19 point lead. And you can't go "Oh it is the Jags." You lost to Indy. INDY.

Really Pats, going for it on 4th down w/ 5 yards to go when you already have the lead by three scores.. well not anymore, it cost us a TD giving away a back fire play & handing the Broncs some confidence.

This is EXACTLY how I put it to the other people in my house who asked me what happened and why.

And after this afternoon's games, I had one other thought:

"With the first pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, the Kansas City Chiefs select Quarterback Matt Barkley of USC / Quarterback Geno Smith of West Virginia". To me, the only question is which guy they tab as their "savior".... and while I thought Barkley had it locked up for quite some time, Geno Smith has enough similarities to Robert Griffin III, Cam Newton, and young Michael Vick that he could end up that high on someone's draft board.... plus the Chiefs have a good enough running game (in my opinion) that Smith might be a good fit similar to Cam Newton in Carolina.

Oh I don't know I see a lotta interceptions in Alex Smith's future. LOL

I'm stunned at the Bears and these takeaways. Lotta fun though.

Oh hey look Philip Rivers screwing up, never seen that before.

    New Orleans finally wins.

Congrats to the Pats as well. Nice performance in their own right.

Saints finally win? Damn. Was kinda hoping their winless streak would continue. The Saints, Bucs and Panthers all have a total win/loss record of 3-11 this season.

So week 5 comes to end and still Houston Texans and Atlanta Falcons undefeated and Cleveland Browns wineless, next up is week 6 and it starts with TNF and will be watching and foresee big steelers win over the terrible titans

P.S Come On Cowboys beat the Ravens

While Baltimore isn't as good defensively as they usually are, I'd say a date with Tony Romo should help their defense get better. LOL

Can we just crown the Falcons as division winners already? Can we crown them the division winner of the AFC West as well, considering they have a 3-0 mark against that division?

As for the Saints-Bucs-Panthers, it gets worse: Two of the three wins in question come against other members of the troika. The Saints' win against San Diego is the first time any of them have beaten a team outside the division.

Sure. I don't see the Panthers going 10-6, like I predicted. That is unless they go on a really big winning streak. They play the Cowboys next (after their bye this coming week). After the Cowboys, they got the Bears, Redskins, Broncos, Bucs, Eagles, Chiefs, Falcons, Chargers, Raiders and Saints.

Well here's my tips for week 6

    Steelers over titans
    Colts over Jets
    Bengals over the Browns
    Eagles over the Lions
Atlanta to remain unbeaten after beating Oakland
    Dolphins over Rams
My team the Cowboys to beat the Ravens
    Buccaneers over Chiefs
    Cardinals over Bills
    New England Patriots over Seahawks
    49ERS over Giants
    Vikings over RedSkins
Texans also to stay unbeaten after defeating Packers
    And Chargers to beat Broncos

Upset picks for the weekend... Houston over Green Bay and Oakland over Atlanta.

Houston (5-0) over Green Bay (2-3) at home would not be an upset. No way, no sir, no how.

On the other hand, if the Cowboys go into Baltimore and beat the Ravens, that would be an upset.

If we're picking upsets this weekend based solely on won-loss records right now, I think Miami (over St. Louis) and the Jets (over Indy) and Washington (over Minnesota) are the way to go.
