Damn good PPV, solid matches and JBL as a heel color commentator as provided some good back and forth with Cole.

I missed night of champions but saw the end and that is the worst ending to a PPV i have ever seen. Absolute dog crap. Made me think that Cena won by accident so they had to quickly reverse the decision.

Bulldog like decision.
Also, anyone else like the in-ring chemistry between Cesaro and Ryder? Loved that much (not even cuz I am a Ryder fan).
8.5/10 for the night.

Kind of a dumb ending, but okay. Other than that it was pretty good.

I whole-heartily disagree.
The match was real good from start to finish and did well to keep up the idea of Cena as the unstoppable monster, which like it or hate it is the direction he will be in for a long time. But it also showed the length Punk will go to to win, using every move from his arsenal and even those from others, and always, always finding a way to win.
It sets John as the guy who didn't lose but could overcome the fact that the odds fall to Punk even with the advantages Cena has and sets Punk to have to find that definitive way to beat the one guy he couldn't.
The show overall was really good. Orton and Ziggler tore the house down and both the tag match and IC title contest were well fought and fun to watch. Even the Divas match was better than a lot of recent outings. The end of the show was different from what either man has done in recent matches and that makes it stand out, which is one thing most of the WWE/ TNA matches recently haven't done.
What will really determine whether this was a good or bad ending is how they carry on the feud at this point. If they can't run with the momentum that the fake out title change gives them it will fall flat and look like a cop out, but it could be used to give them one more very charged face-off that could really make their rivalry a stand out one.

I loved the ppv apart from ryder not winning the united states title back...but the call of the night was made by kane "I'm going to disneyland"..lol priceless! Also a good call on JBL with cole it felt just like watching smackdown again when those 2 had perfect chemistry.

Total Awards: 101992, for sure.
The WWF was at it's best that year, with Flair added in the mix on his first run. You saw the beginnings of greatness from Bret Hart (who won his first WWF title) and Shawn Michaels who would pick up and carry the torch in the next few years. You had no Hogan in the title picture, and the talent pool was probably as deep as it ever was. So many great memories from back then.
