    Tv/Sky/Ps3/Surround Sound Set Up Help

I'm usually quite good at these things but I havent had a surround sound for ages until today and forgot how to set it all up.

    1) Lg Tv has 2 HDMI slots
    2) Sky Satellite Box 1HDMI slot
    3) Lg Surround Sound 1 HDMI slot
    4) PS3 1 HDMI slot

At the mo I have my PS3 and my sky box connected to the tv with a HDMI cable for each so I have no more slots in my Tv but I want to connect my surround to them all without losing any quality. Ive heard HDMi switch boxes dont work with the sky satellite box either. Any ideas

If the surround sound doesn't have a second hdmi slot, then try connecting via optical cable?

I tried setting up our surround sound with our 42" LG TV a few weeks back but to no avail. I then discovered this optical lead you speak of which apparently needs to go from the surround sound to the TV, or so I've been told.

I have my surround sound set up with a optical lead. I suggest just plugging your ps3/sky box up to the tv then use a optical cable from the tv to amp. You will only need a scart lead if you want a picture from the amp to the tv (if it has a menu)
