My Platinum Trophies In Order Of When I Got Them:
Fallout 3 - Difficulty 3/10
This was the second PS3 game I ever played and the first that got me interested in collecting trophies. I was new to Fallout prior to playing this game so all I had to go on before playing this was that Bethesda usually makes RPG's. To this day it's still one of my favourite games and I have actually done this platinum 4 times, I enjoyed it that much. I also earned it for a few of my friends in exchange for other trophies. When I first bought it I played it non-stop until I had the platinum trophy. It wasn't difficult at all, just slightly time consuming but the game is so enjoyable you often tend to forget about the length of the game.
Burnout Paradise - Difficulty 3/10
I thought this was a pretty good racing game, not my favourite Burnout game however, that title goes to Burnout 3. It was fun to collect trophies for but that fun later became frustration toward the last few trophies, for example trying to find a group of people to meet in the wildcats stadium was especially frustrating. Overall, it was a pretty easy platinum trophy and a pretty fun game. I will pick this game up again soon to attempt to 100% it.
Sega Mega Drive Ultimate Collection - Difficulty 5/10
I got this game the first day it came out for a measly 10 pounds. It took me 2 days to get 33 of the trophies and it was pretty fun overall to collect them. It was only until I began to attempt to get the "Yatta" trophy was when the real frustration began to settle in. Once you use the passcode to skip to the last stage and you learn how to manipulate the AI it becomes pretty easy to beat, but at first it took me a good couple of hours to figure out how to do it. I love this collection of games, my favourite game being Kid Chameleon.
Call Of Duty: World At War - Difficulty 7.5/10
This was the first COD game that I played extensively. I am not a massive fan of Call of duty however but the campaign for this game was pretty engaging while I was playing through for the first time. By far my favourite Call Of Duty. Veteran on this game is relentlessly hard to begin with, especially Heart Of The Reich and Relentless, which took me 4 hours alone to finish. I am pretty proud of this platinum overall. Apart from Call Of Duty 3 I would say this is the hardest Call Of Duty to complete on veteran.
Eat Lead: The Return Of Matt Hazard 17/04/2009 20:47 - Difficulty 4/10
This is another game I got on release day for a small price. I was surprised to find that the game was actually pretty good and some of the trophies were pretty easy. The only one I may have had trouble with was beating the game on hard, but I started this game straight after beating COD so this wasn't as difficult. The game also tended to crash a lot which slowed my progress down.
Bioshock - Difficulty 6.5/10
I heard a lot of good things about this game from several places so I decided to try it out. I was not disappointed, this game is easily one of the best games of last gen I reckon and one of the most beautiful games you'll ever play. The feeling of seeing Rapture for the first time is one of those rare feelings you get while gaming. Overall the trophies were not that difficult apart from the difficulty trophies, which in all fairness were not very hard until you got to the last boss, who is insanely cheap on survivor. This is one game I enjoyed every second of. I will buying the DLC very soon to 100% this game.
Dead Space - Difficulty 6/10
I got this game for my birthday one year ago and back then I thought it was the scariest game i'd ever played, but this was before I played games like Silent Hill and Slender. After beating it I put off doing hard mode for quite a long time because of the scare factor of this game. But eventually I persevered and finished it. Overall there were a few parts on hard which were difficult, but nothing frustrating.
Resident Evil 5 - Difficulty 5/10
I ultimately gave in to the hype this game, I remember this being really anticipated when it was due to be released. I absolutely loved Resident Evil 4 on the GameCube which was another reason why I got this. It was not as good as 4 obviously but it was still a good game for what it was. I found this game to be quite easy, especially after you beat it because you get infinite rockets once you complete the game, which pretty much kill everything in 1 hit. The collectibles were probably the hardest part of getting platinum for me.
LittleBigPlanet - Difficulty 5.5/10
I remember that I needed to play something really light hearted after playing violent games for a long time. I really liked it and it was a very fun game to platinum. The hard parts for me were aceing The Bunker and the Create trophy, both of which were pretty damn hard. Eventually i'm going buy the Pirates Of The Caribbean pack to 100% this.
The Godfather 2 - Difficulty 3.5/10
This game was a gift from my sister because I was recovering from surgery at the time I got it. It was a pretty easy and quick platinum as it only took me about 3 weeks to complete. There weren't really any hard trophies and the game was pretty enjoyable aswell, quite glitchy, but fun.
Buzz: Quiz TV - Difficulty 3/10
This was one of the first PS3 games I got. I had the old buzzers from my PS2 so I thought this would be a good family activity. One day when I turned this game on to work on the platinum I must've accidentally triggered a glitch of some sort because as I loaded the game every trophy except for the create 20 quizzes trophy unlocked. I was pretty surprised and it saved me about 3 weeks worth of game time.
Guitar Hero Metallica - Difficulty 9/10
When I began playing this game I never thought I would be good enough to get platinum on it. I always thought it was impossible to get 600k on Creeping Death, but apparently not. This took me a lot of practice and patience to perfect and this is easily one of the hardest platinums I'll ever get.
Uncharted 2: Among Thieves 18/11/2009 17:28 - Difficulty 5/10
Charted! - Crushing - Finish The Game On Crushing Difficulty
This game actually belonged to my brother, but it turned out I played it more than he did. This was the first Uncharted game I played and I was blown away by how good the graphics were. The only really hard part for me in this game was beating the last boss on crushing difficulty. I was used to having 1 shot kills throughout the entire play through so that part kind of caught me off guard.
Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 06/12/2009 17:03 - Difficulty - 4/10
Star 69 - Earn 69 Stars In Special Ops
This game was not as good as I expected it to be. I was expecting more of a reasonable challenge but what I got was a game that you could beat on veteran in about 5-6 hours. This was easily the easiest Call Of Duty to beat on veteran. Overall it was an easy platinum apart from 1-2 Spec ops missions, which were the best part of the game in my opinion. I remember the online for this game being very good aswell because it was quite addicting working towards unlocking all of the titles/emblems.
Guitar Hero: Greatest Hits 25/12/2009 11:41 - Difficulty 10/10
You Play It Well - Perfectly play the Lets Play section in the song Play With Me as the lead guitarist on expert
This was another game I thought I would never be able to get the platinum trophy for. There were a great deal of difficult trophies on this game, which is the reason it took me 7 months to complete. The hardest trophies for me were You play it well and Amazing rockstar. Easily the greatest thing I have done on PS3.
Guitar Hero 5 09/01/2010 13:47 - Difficulty 3/10
Going Diamond - Complete 50 Of The Challenges At Diamond
I got the game on the same day I got my Greatest Hits platinum. So naturally, I began working on it after getting Greatest Hits platinum. This was a very easy game to platinum for me, nowhere near as hard as Greatest Hits. Finding people online was a bit of an issue but other than that it was very easy and only took me 2 and a half weeks.
Batman: Arkham Asylum 03/02/2010 17:54 - Difficulty 7/10
Freeflow Gold - Achieve 24 Medals On Combat Challenges
This is one of the best games I have played on PS3. Well, it was before I played Arkham City. The game had a perfect balance of challenge and fun. Finding the riddles was a bit of a pain as I didn't use a guide and the combat and predator challenges were very frustrating. It was a very fun game and I would gladly play it again if I still owned it.
Terminator Salvation 11/04/2010 16:42 - Difficulty 1.5/10
Veteran Commander - Complete The Game On Hard Difficulty
My brother rented this from Blockbuster one week because he heard that it was a very easy game to platinum. It wasn't the easiest game ever to platinum but yes it was very easy to do. There were some tricky parts in the campaign but if you've ever beaten a game like Call Of Duty 4 or Killzone 2 on hard then this shouldn't be a problem at all. It's also not as bad a game as everyone says it is.. It's a bad game but it's playable. This was also the fastest platinum I've ever gotten.
Walt Disney's UP 14/04/2010 08:42 - Difficulty 2/10
Shoveling Badge - Dig up all of the hidden bones using Dug.
This was one of two PS3 games that I ever rented to get a platinum trophy. It was 2 pound to rent so I thought why not. I took it home and started playing it and within 3-4 hours I had every trophy except for one. One of the easiest platinums I've gotten and probably one of the least enjoyable. This is probably the only game I have played or ever will play just to get an easy platinum trophy.
Fallout: New Vegas 16/05/2011 19:44 - Difficulty 3/10
Caravan Master - Win 30 Games Of Caravan
This was the first game I played after coming back to PS3 after my personal problems were sorted out. I really enjoyed this game but the only thing that ruined it for me was the fact that the game kept freezing every 5 minutes. It wasn't really that difficult apart from learning how to play caravan, after you learn that it's really easy. This isn't as good as Fallout 3, but it's just as fun. I will eventually get the DLCs so I can 100% this game.
Guitar Hero: Van Halen 23/06/2011 17:27 - Difficulty 9.5/10
1984 - Complete The Career On Expert + (Solo Drum)
I'm going to be blunt about this one, This game was a complete pain in the ass. This has got to be the worst music game I have ever played. The lag was terrible no matter how much you calibrated it, It all seemed incredibly rushed and the whole game was just really short. The vocals, the bass and the guitar I had no problems with 5 starring every song apart from the odd one or two songs. It was drums in particular that caused me trouble. First off, Loss Of Control on expert. The first time I saw that song I thought it was impossible, defenitly the hardest drum song I have 5 starred on guitar hero. But that completely changed after I saw Hot for teacher on Expert+, my god was that song difficult. That song was the reason this game took me a year to complete. I'm so glad this is over with.
Uncharted: Drakes Fortune 30/06/2011 18:12 - Difficulty 5.5/10
Charted: Crushing - Finish The Game In Crushing Mode
I played this game for a few days after it first came out. I just couldn't get into it that well which is why I never finished it straight away. But after finishing the second one I figured it was time to get it finished. I'm not really sure why I put this game off for so long because I really enjoyed playing it and it was a really good game, just not as good as the second. I found this one harder than the second because there was no one shot kill cheat until after you beat crushing and in general it was just more difficult. At this point I couldn't wait until the 3rd one to come out.
Guitar Hero: Warriors Of Rock 02/08/2011 21:39 - Difficulty 4/10
Ultimate Answerer - Earn All Stars From One Song (Quickplay +)
I bought this game about a week after completing Van Halen and the first thing I noticed was how good it was compared to the rest of the guitar heroes. Apart from Guitar Hero 3 this was the best Guitar Hero I'd ever played. The songs are amazing on it and they've completely fixed the problems Van Halen had. This was one of those games I didn't stop playing until I finished it. It wasn't nearly as hard as the other guitar heroes and there was really only one hard trophy for me, getting 42 stars on a song, I decided to do it on Bloodlines because that's the only song where you can do it by yourself with the right instruments. This was the last Guitar Hero platinum trophy I needed before I had every single one on PS3, this made me the 2nd or 3rd person to get them all.
Band Hero 08/08/2011 10:15 - Difficulty 2.5/10
A New Challenge Awaits - Complete 50 Of The Career Challenges At Platinum Or Diamond
I got this game the same day I got Guitar Hero 5 and I really had mixed feelings about it the first time I played it. I don't really like pop music that much, which is why I didn't complete this for so long, but when I did start working on this after completing warriors of rock, It took me less than a week to finish. I was surprised because music games normally take months and months to complete. Defenitly the easiest music game to complete.
Infamous 21/08/2011 09:14 - Difficulty 5/10
Stunt Master - Complete All Of The Stunts On The Stunts List
I got this game for free, as did everyone else when PSN went down in 2011. I played the demo a few months back and didn't really enjoy it, but I thought seeing as it was free I might aswell give it a chance. I'm glad I did, because this game was pretty good. The only hard parts I had trying to complete this game was beating the last boss on hard mode. I thought finding the shards was going to be difficult but it only took me 3-4 hours to find them all. I'm going to be starting Infamous 2 very soon so that should be good.
Prince Of Persia 28/08/2011 08:54 - Difficulty 4/10
Light Seeds Master - Collect 1001 Light Seeds
This game was the longest I've ever spent trying to complete a game, well until I get Mortal Kombat VS DC Universe finished it has that title. This game took me 3 years to get platinum on. Why? Because I had the game finished except for 100 light seeds that needed to be collected. Well the game glitched and one of the light seeds disappeared, making it impossible to platinum. So I put the game down for a year and a half where I started working on it again after finishing Infamous. An easy platinum, but very frustrating if it glitches on you.
Green Day: Rock Band 03/11/2011 17:25 - Difficulty 8.5/10
Louder Than Bombs And Eternity - Hit 100% Of The Kick Notes For Brain Stew/ Jaded On Expert Drums
I began working on this game around August 2011. It wasn't really the most difficult music game Platinum ever but I did think it was the hardest Rock Band platinum. Everybody who has played this game thinks that it is impossible because of Tre's Greatest Hits number 83 (YouTube it if you haven't seen it), But in reality, that beat is very easy once you break it down and figure it out. The real beats that separate the men from the boys are beats numbers 47 and 71, these were ridiculous. Overall, this is a very hard game to complete if you're a beginner at music games, but not so much if you're a pro.
Bioshock 2 12/12/2011 14:15 - Difficulty 4.5/10
Choose The Impossible - Achieved Rank 40
I loved this game, simply put. I'm not really sure why I sold it and recently bought it back again to complete it. I sold it around the time I quit PS3 and bought it back after completing Green Day to finish it. The only things I needed to get once I got it back were the online trophies and I still think to this day that Bioshock 2 offers the best online experience out of any game, Yes, even better than COD. If you don't pick this game up at some point, you are seriously missing out.
DJ Hero 20/12/2011 21:25 - Difficulty 9/10
Turntable Perfection - Earn 5 In Every Mix On Expert Difficulty
I got this game when it was on sale one day at HMV. I actually got the hang of this game fairly quickly because I was able to 5* most of the songs on expert within the first week I got it. It was a fairly easy game to platinum until I got to the last 2 or 3 set lists on expert. That is where it got way too hard, way too quickly. In particular, Beats & pieces, Nosia and Rockit were insanely hard, I almost broke my wrist trying to 5* these songs. I am pretty proud of this platinum overall and I will eventually get around to doing DJ Hero 2 when I can get it.
Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception 24/12/2011 13:38 - Difficulty 6/10
Charted! - Crushing - Finish The Game In Crushing Mode
I got this game the day it came out and this was another game I played non stop until I had platinum. This was probably the worst game in the series, I'm not saying it is bad because it's not at all. But the controls seemed a lot more stiff than in the other 2 games, which kind of bugged me throughout the game because it made it more difficult and there were no cheats which was pretty disappointing. It was a brilliant game though, it was harder than the others because of the control.
The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim 17/01/2012 18:57 - Difficulty 3.5/10
Oblivion Walker - Collect 15 Daderic Artifacts
I got this the day after I completed Uncharted and again, I played it non stop until I had platinum. I had been eagerly waiting for nearly a year to play this and it did not disappoint me in the slightest. This is a fantastic RPG, but it is not better than Oblivion. The trophies are pretty good and will keep you occupied in the game for a long time. The story mode glitched for me a tiny bit but other than that it was really good. This took me around 60 hours to finish and I haven't seen anyone finish it faster so far.
LittleBigPlanet 2 13/02/2012 20:21 - Difficulty 5/10
1440 Minutes Of Create - Spend 24 Active Hours In Create Mode
This game was a gift from my sister and I was pretty eager to play this after how enjoyable the first one was. This game was a lot easier than the first seeing as there was no Create trophy and aceing the levels proved to be much easier in this game. It was also a bonus that this game was just as fun as the first. I would've finished it sooner but I was distracted by a level on the community that was really funny. You had to run away from sharks with rockets attached to them. Just hilarious xD I highly recommend playing that level if you own this game.
Lego Harry Potter: Years 1-4 20/03/2012 21:56 - Difficulty 2.5/10
You're The Best - Complete The Game To 100%
I've always been a fan of LEGO games ever since I played LEGO Star Wars for the PS2. When I bought this and played it for the first time I wasn't really expecting much, but it was actually a pretty good game. About halfway through the game I realised you could use cheats which made getting the platinum so much easier. Very fun game and there were no problems at all with getting all the trophies.
Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection 29/03/2012 09:30 - Difficulty 3.5/10
Get To The Chopper - Super Thunder Blade: Score 1.5 Million Points In The First Level
Most of you probably know this but this is the American version of Sega Mega Drive Collection. I bought this game because I sold the Mega Drive collection a while back and wanted it back, So I figured I would buy this one for more trophies The reason I rated this one lower than the mega drive one was because after getting platinum the first time, I thought it would be a good idea to get better at Mean Bean Machine, just in case I needed to do it again. Needless to say it paid off, as this time it only took me 15 minutes to beat, where as last time it took me around 4-5 hours.
Lego Harry Potter: Years 5-7 05/05/2012 13:43 - Difficulty 3/10
But... I Am The Chosen One - Complete The Game To 100%
After playing 1-4 I was pretty eager to get my hands on this game. However I decided to wait until I could get it cheap. When I did finally get it I was quite disappointed that the graphics weren't as good as the first, although I did find out you could change the graphics right after getting the platinum trophy -.- But it was still a good game. At the end however I thought the game had glitched on me because I found 3 extra students and I was missing a gold brick. Took me about an hour to find the last brick.
Batman: Arkham City 26/05/2012 21:34 - Difficulty 5.5/10
Gold Revenge - Obtain All 72 Medals On The Original Arkham City Ranked Maps
Now I had to put this game off for a long time because I was playing Skyrim around the time I got this game. When I finally did get around to playing it I didn't think it was going to be as good as Arkham Asylum, Oh how wrong I was. This is probably one of the best games I've ever played, and I have played a lot of games. Normally I find games that take a while to complete boring after a while but no, not this one, this game had me hooked completely until I had it finished and I would gladly do it again if given the chance. Amazing game, I'd say it is the best on PS3.
Borderlands 04/06/2012 12:45 - Difficulty 4/10
Ding! Champion - Earned Level 50
Well this game really didn't take as long as I thought it would. I had a friend of mine helping me out with this one so that is probably why. I didn't really enjoy this game very much because it was quite hard for me to get into but it was quite an easy platinum overall.
Trine 2 10/08/2012 11:10 - Difficulty 2/10
A Hail Of Arrows - Shoot 3 Arrows In The Air And Catch Them All
I got this game for free off of a friend so I figured I would play it as I heard it is a very easy platinum trophy to get. It was actually a pretty good looking game, it was quite hard to get into it but once you do it becomes quite fun. Most of the trophies were really easy apart from catching 3 arrows with your shield, that trophy in particular was very annoying. This took me around 3 hours to platinum overall.
Prince Of Persia: The Forgotten Sands 06/09/2012 14:43 - Difficulty 3/10
Invincible - Finish The Final Battle Against Ratash Without Taking Damage
This is another game that I put off doing for a while. I didn't really enjoy it that much why is why it took me so long to get the platinum trophy for it. I had nothing to do for a few days so I figured I would finish it. It was a pretty easy pretty easy platinum overall.
Ratchet And Clank 2: Going Commando 06/10/2012 22:07 - Difficulty 4/10
Platinum Power - Obtain All 40 Platinum Bolts
I have been playing this game for about 9 years so I literally knew this game like the back of my hand, so obviously I was very eager to play it. I've noticed something with HD remasters though and that is that they are very glitchy, and this one was no exception. It's a pretty difficult game to complete the first time if you don't have the right weapons and upgrades, but as soon as you get the RYNO the game gets so much easier. This took me about 3-4 hours worth of playing to finish.
Ratchet And Clank 3: Up Your Arsenal
The Walking Dead
I was fortunate enough to get all 5 episodes of this game for free from a friend. At first I thought nothing of this game and figured it was just another easy platinum trophy, but by the end of it I didn't even care about getting the platinum. The story line was so gripping and so awesome that it just makes you completely forget about the trophies.

Mortal Kombat Vs DC Universe
PSN Games Which Are 100% Complete:
Mega Man 10
When I first saw the trophy list for this game, I knew I had to get this because of how hard Mr.Perfect looked. But I think Mr.Perfect just disguises how difficult hard mode is. The game itself is not as hard as previous Mega Man games and with the save feature it makes getting Mr.Perfect a lot easier. Getting started on hard mode was probably the hardest part for me. I had to use Bass because he is probably the best character to use for hard mode. I am very proud that I have 100% on this game.
This is by far the easiest 12 trophies you could ever earn. It literally takes longer to load the game up than to get all the trophies. I got it free which is why I have it on my list.
This is one of those mega drive / genesis games that was re-released for the playstation store. I grew up playing it so I knew this game like the back of my hand. I even timed myself to see how long I could get all of the trophies. In the end, it took me 42 minutes to get them all.
Linger In Shadows
This was a weird one to say the least. It only took me about half an hour to get all of the trophies but for the entire thing I had no idea what was going on. This game was most likely the product of somebody's drug induced mind.
I had always heard about how offensive and awesome this game was but before I bought it for my playstation I had actually never played it. At first it was pretty straight-forward but by the end of the game I had to use a guide because of how cryptic it was. So I didn't really enjoy having to follow a guide. Although I thought it was hilarious seeing Mecha-Hitler in all his glory for the first time.
This was another game that I grew up playing, so again I knew it like the back of my hand. This didn't mean it was easy however. Hands down, this is the glitchiest game I have ever played apart from Sonic 2006. The amount of times that I died falling through things and the camera angle changing for no reason which caused me to fall into a pit was insane. I could almost swear the dreamcast version was not that glitchy. This made it more frustrating than it was fun. I would defenitly stay away from this one and just go out and buy a dreamcast and play it on that. The hard parts for me were beating Lost World in 4:30, which I realised was very easy the second time around and the chao races. Oh how I hate those chao races..
Pac Man Championship Edition DX
I got this game for free with my PS Plus subscription and being a huge fan of Pac-man, I had to get this finished as quick as possible. It only took me 2 days overall and it was a very fun game. My only complaint would be that it does get pretty tedious after a while. I had to finish around 5-6 levels and then take a break for 15 minutes. But that wasn't really much trouble, because I loved this game, and I am very glad I got it for free.
Sonic The Hedgehog
