Kevin Butler, the man behind Sony TV Ad's, has just tweeted a new message on Twitter, saying "Shhh…I’ve got a little something special for you," following on with a video. What is that 'something special?' I hear you ask. Well.. Continue on.
The video starts with two soldiers parachuting into a forest, band of brothers style, and then stopping by a tavern, with a lady behind a desk wearing a penchant from LittleBigPlanet.
Along with that, the footage is full of other little surprises, such as as Sweet Tooth’s Ice cream van, from Twisted Metal, visible at 23 seconds into the video, the rack of guns, which look like Final Fantasy and Ratchet & Clank style weapons, and lastly, the MK II from the one and only, Metal Gear Solid.
What does this all mean, exactly? .. Who knows? But we'll find out soon enough, as there is a date at the end 10/5/11.

Digital Extremes, the developers taking over The Darkness game from Starbreeze, have released a new, very well made trailer of the 2nd installment. The video, created by 2K Games, is a recap of the original, and further explains the awesome, yet dangerous power of the Darkness itself.
As a big fan of the first game, i'm really looking forward to this installment, to see what's in store for Jackie Estacado, who's body has been taken as a host to the ancient evil, that is ofcourse, the Darkness. The Sequel has improved gameplay, with a more frantic and violent style, along with a unique, graphic-novel style look. Combine novel shading and colour, with dramatic lighting, and we have an interesting graphical design.
New features include being able to Slash, grab, and throw objects for serious impalement using the Demon Arms, while simultaneously mowing down mobsters with an arsenal of weapons. The game's intense story has been written by acclaimed comic book author, Paul Jenkins whose work includes, The Incredible Hulk, Wolverine and Hellblazer.
Despite numerous delays, The Darkness 2 is finally set to consume store shelves on February 7th, 2012.
